Jennifer has been a Castle Rock resident since 1999 and loves the small town feel of the growing city. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine at Colorado State University and continued on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver in 2013. She has also obtained certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling through continuing education. Jennifer is passionate about prevention of sports and working-related injuries. She enjoys treating various orthopedic injuries, rehabilitating individuals following orthopedic surgeries, and has a long history of treating lower extremity injuries. In her free time, she enjoys training in various forms of martial arts, mountain biking, off-roading in the Rockies, playing piano, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Rachel is a Colorado native who grew up in Lakewood. She attended Colorado State University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science and took a special interest in gross anatomy. After completing an internship in a physical therapy clinic in Fort Collins, she moved to LA to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, where she graduated in 2015. Since that time, Rachel has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients including post-operative, sports related injuries, pediatrics, and geriatrics. In her free time, you’ll find Rachel at the climbing gym or enjoying the many hiking and biking trails around town.

Jessica has been practicing for five years in outpatient orthopedics. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Through continuing education, she has achieved Dry Needling Certification, which she utilizes in her practice along with various other manual techniques. Jessica enjoys treating acute and chronic neck and low back pain, chronic headaches, and TMJ pain. She has years of experience also treating work and sports-related injuries, post-operative conditions, and chronic upper and lower extremity pain. She enjoys treating her patients from a full-body perspective, rather than focusing on only one aspect of the body. She also enjoys helping her patients learn about their bodies and how to keep them functioning as well as possible to help with pain and injury prevention. She is enthusiastic about helping patients achieve their goals, whatever they may be. She has recently moved to Castle Rock from Atlanta, Georgia. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, crafting, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
