Troy Klaassen
PT, DPT, Blood Flow Restriction Provider, Certified Dry Needling Provider, ART®-Active Release Technique Provider, Clinic Director
Troy is licensed physical therapist who obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from Kansas State University in 2014. He went on to graduate with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Mary in 2018. He served as a student intern within the Pro Active network and has been working at our Eaton location since June 2018. Troy has experience in treating a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions across multiple age groups and all skill levels. He has special interests in treating sports and recreational injuries, post-operative care and chronic pain management. As a true believer in the effects of physical rehabilitation, he strives to unlock your full potential, from daily function and mobility to athletic performance. He is a member of the Colorado chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association and is active in continuing education to help refine and develop his skill levels to better serve the needs of each of his patients. When he’s not at the clinic, Troy can be found hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing and exploring in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Mallory Noel
PT, DPT
Mallory is a licensed physical therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Science from Arkansas Tech University. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University and received clinical training in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Mallory is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Academy of Neurological Physical Therapy, as well as the Brain Injury and Vestibular Special Interest Groups. In her spare time, Mallory enjoys hiking, kayaking, wake-boarding, and snow skiing. She loves exploring new places and using photography to document her adventures.

Dan Goss
OTR, CHT Occupational Therapist Certified Hand Therapist
Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University in 1993. He began his career in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where he specialized in hand therapy. In 1999, he joined the United States Navy as a Medical Service Core officer focusing in hand therapy. He spent the next 11 years as a hand therapist, working side by side with 9 board certified hand surgeons. His last duty station was in Washington D/C, where he was in charge of the Occupational Therapy Department at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. While there he also was assigned head of the Outpatient hand therapy program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D/C. During the 4 years of his assignment in Washington D/C, he had the opportunity to work with Senator’s, Congressmen, military personnel, their families and military personnel who were injured in the Iraq or Afghanistan war. Dan has been a hand therapist for over 19 years. During that time, he has made over 5000 custom splints and treated everything from tendonitis, carpal tunnel, upper extremity fractures to burns, gun shoot wounds, IED blast injuries and poly trauma. Dan is a native of Colorado and has returned home to Northern Colorado with his wife and 2 kids. In January 2013, Dan joined the outstanding team at Pro Active Physical Therapy where his 19 years of hand therapy experience are at work.

Alan Parker
MS, ATC Certified Athletic Trainer
Alan Parker is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer who works with athletes to prevent, evaluate, and rehab injuries and medical conditions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Colorado State University-Pueblo as well as a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Indiana Wesleyan University. Alan has worked in the high school, university, and clinical setting in his time as a professional ATC. He believes attitude and a positive mindset are key values that go hand-in-hand with traditional medicine and are important in the maintenance of healthy athletes. Alan strives to create lasting relationships, which he finds is vital to patient recovery and well-being. In his free time, Alan enjoys reading comics, playing video games, and watching football. Go Broncos!!
